For the better part of half a century, Summit has been synonymous with providing window cleaning, and related suspended services in the GTA. Our clients are as varied as the services we provide, they include, condominiums, office towers, retail, commercial properties, hospitals, etc.

We believe in providing the highest quality of service, safety and client care in the industry. As such, we now provide anchor inspections, load testing, and repairs. As we are typically using the roof anchor systems or BMU’s more often than any other contractors – we believe it only makes sense to provide this service along with our window cleaning and suspended services.

With a combined 72 years in the service Industry in the GTA, our two Principal partners, John Almeida and David Swan are involved with all day to day operations.
